You are requried to,


  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Financial Advisors (Agents) to ensure their professional growth and success.

  • Set performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members achieve their sales goals.

  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with other leaders and departments to ensure effective coordination and alignment of goals.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification Criteria
  • Proven track record of success as a Financial Advisor or Sales Leader in the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, investment vehicles, and financial planning concepts.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Professional certifications and licenses (e.g., insurance license, financial planning certifications) are highly desirable.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration) is preferred.
