You are requried to,
As an HR, Sales or Marketing Intern, you will be involved in the following key areas:
(A) Recruiting Process:
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
Participate in interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify top talent.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants.
(B) Enhance & Develop the Team to its Full Potential:
Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify skill gaps and implement strategies for professional growth.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
(C) Involve with Product Marketing & Sales Activities:
Gain exposure to the insurance products offered by Tata AIA and Tata AIG.
Support the sales team in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
Contribute ideas for product enhancements and marketing strategies.
Qualification Criteria
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Passionate about the insurance industry and sales.
Prior experience or knowledge in HR, Marketing ir Sales will be an added advantage.
