You are requried to,


  • Generate new leads and proactively identify sales opportunities in the insurance sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.

Qualification Criteria
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Sales Executive in the insurance industry or a related field.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively influence customers.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

  • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technology.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
