Job Description
You are requried to,
Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our insurance products and services.
Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during interactions with customers.
Achieve set targets and quotas for calls made, leads generated, and policies sold.
Keep accurate and detailed records of all conversations and customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and follow up on leads.
Qualification Criteria
Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Telecaller in sales or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting quotas.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to convert leads into customers.
Good listening skills to understand customer needs and address their concerns effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for call handling and data management.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
